As your Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to overcome your barriers and achieve all of your health goals. I have studied the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.

Can you imagine being sucesssful without the need to dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins?  I have never been one to count calories, creating lists of restrictions of good and bad foods. Cravings, emotional eating, aches and pains are all signs that your body is using to get your attention. As your coach I help you tune in and respond to those messages.

No single diet works for everyone. I will guide you to make food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
